Translation Services
We provide written translation services in many different languages for a wide range of customers.
Because our clients come from such a diverse range of industries, we have compiled a large database of expert translators with skills and experience in translating highly industry-specific documentation.
This means we are able to provide accurate translations of a wide range of document types, ensuring that technical documents are translated using the right terminology, that the style and flow of advertising and tourism documents is correct and that the phraseology and register of legal translations is appropriate.
Multilingual DTP Services
We also provide foreign langauge typesetting services. When typesetting a client’s artwork in a foreign language, we always ask for the document’s fonts and images to be sent to us, along with the main artwork files.
Once we install the fonts and link the images, the artwork should then display correctly on our screens, enabling us to produce a foreign language version with greater accuracy.
In many cases, our clients don’t have the fonts needed for some foreign languages, such as Chinese, Korean or Arabic. In these cases, we will match the foreign language font with the Roman fonts as closely as possible. We look at the font weight, whether it is a serif or sans serif font and also take proportional or monospaced font issues into consideration.
Interpreting in Foreign Languages
We can provide qualified interpreters to help you with a multilingual conference or an important business meeting with an international client. We can also provide court interpreters for hearings and consultations. In addition, we can provide interpreters for Public Services - many of our interpreters are qualified to Diploma level in Public Service Interpreting.
We apply the same high standards to our interpreting assignments as we do to our translation projects. Our interpreters are professionally qualified mother tongue linguists who specialise in specific areas of business.

Proofreading in Foreign Languages
All of our translations are checked in-house by our team of graduate linguists, but we can also arrange for a second qualified translator to proofread your texts for extra peace of mind.
We recommend that any text you intend to publish should be proofread prior to publication. This ensures your translation is highly polished and ready for publication on your website or in print.
Proofreading is normally undertaken by a skilled and experienced proofreader, who is also qualified as a translator and who proofreads in their mother tongue.
We charge for proofreading as an additional service based on an hourly fee. If you would like more information about this, please contact us.
Foreign Language Subtitling
If you are working with film or animations and require subtitles to be translated, we offer this too. We work with a team of professional subtitlers who will skilfully translate and edit your subtitles.

Foreign Language Voice-overs
As well as providing translations of scripts, we can also organise voice-overs in foreign languages. This service covers a range of uses, such as for advertisements, films and for software.
We work with mother tongue voice-over artists, who have a wide range of styles and voices, suitable for most uses. They are highly experienced at working with sound engineers and will work hard to make your product speak to your target market.
If appropriate we always suggest that clients attend the recording session, in case any last-minute amendments need to be made to the scripts.
