Portable Document Format
PDF files have become one of the most useful and popular formats over the past decade and we are asked to output artwork files in this format on a regular basis.
For translation projects, we are happy to accept PDF files as source documents for translation, if no Word file exists.
When typesetting in InDesign or Quark Xpress, we are able to output PDF files, which can be optimised for the web or output as high resolution files for digital printing. Alternatively, if you have your own preferred settings for PDFs, we’ll be happy use these. We’ll also send you a PDF proof before finalising the document, so that you can check the layout and content.
As a final check, we always ensure that foreign characters are displaying correctly and that nothing is missing in the typeset artwork.
