When contacting us about regional dialects, it is important to be as specific as possible able the geographic region you are targeting. This will enable us to engage the most suitable translator who will be able to tailor their translation to the local market.
In additional, if any reference material exists which would aid our translators to gain a better understanding of your business, we ask that you send this with your translation request. This will ensure our translators provide the most accurate translation possible.
If you work with glossaries, terminology databases or translation memories, please also send these to us, to ensure that your terminology is translated consistently throughout all your documentation.
